About Our Salsa Classes
Salsa classes at Melody Makers in Dubai are group lessons for adults aged 15 and up, taught in 1-hour sessions at our Karama studio. No partner is required - we rotate partners throughout every class. Students learn Cuban and LA-style salsa timing, cross-body leads, turns and styling in a social environment that doubles as great cardiovascular exercise.
Students learn salsa timing, basic step patterns, partner connection, leading and following, cross-body leads, turns and styling. Our classes blend elements of Cuban salsa, LA-style salsa and other Latin styles to give students a well-rounded social dance foundation.
Salsa is perfect for adults seeking a fun social activity, couples wanting to learn together, or anyone drawn to Latin music and culture. The continuous movement provides excellent cardiovascular exercise while the social nature of the dance makes every class an enjoyable social experience.
